Managing Director
Naufaq has led the recruitment and workforce management industry in the Maldives since 2014, starting his career at Expius Maldives. As Chief Executive Officer, he sets the strategic direction for Bold Solutions, combining a collaborative leadership style with a sharp focus on efficiency and client satisfaction. His refusal to settle for the status quo drives the innovation behind Bold Solutions' approach to workforce solutions
Executive Director
With over a decade of corporate finance expertise and a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Delhi University, Abdulla leads Bold Solutions' financial operations and growth strategy. A results-driven entrepreneur, he has guided multiple startups and companies through innovative strategic planning, ensuring clients and partners see real value in every engagement.
Chief Operating Officer
Anas leads operations at Bold Solutions, overseeing mobilisation, deployment, and on-site workforce management across resort and corporate clients. Holding an MBA, he pairs formal management training with hands-on operational experience, building the systems and processes that keep placements running to schedule. His focus on accountability and clear communication ensures every client engagement is delivered smoothly from first request to final handover.
General Manager
Ahuzar brings extensive leadership and business management expertise to Bold Solutions' daily operations. He oversees the seamless delivery of tailored manpower solutions, drawing on deep insight into workforce dynamics and evolving client needs to keep operations running smoothly and reliably.
Financial Controller
With over a decade of experience in financial management and accounting — including prior roles at Blue Metal Investments and Oriental Express — Kamal oversees financial planning, budgeting, and compliance at Bold Solutions. He holds a BSc in Statistics from the University of Sabaragamuwa, Sri Lanka, and is a qualified member of the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka.
